Weekly Quote #3
Seymour Chwast is a designer and illustrator, best known for being one of the co-founders of the legendary Push Pin Studios along with Milton Glaser, in 1954.
I take this quote to mean that you should always make sure you have a solid idea as the basis of your work. If you show people your initial ideas and they don’t get them, keep looking for one that they will get, then build from there.
